Is that a Read? Giving and Receiving the Gift of Feedback is a workshop designed to enhance a team's ability to work well together. When paired with consulting services to design a 360 review process, the Is that a Read? workshop helps create a culture of giving and receiving feedback that is easy and fun for any team willing to step a little out of their comfort zone.
This training provides an excellent foundation for giving and receiving feedback by helping teammates to see feedback as a gift and put best practices to the test in non-threatening ways by creating and critiquing each other's drag queen inspired paper dolls.
